how to start?

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a rookie, we always our take time to get to know you before we immerse you in the best Strength and Conditioning gym in town!

NEW TO TRAINING?
HERE’S HOW YOU START

1. Book a no-sweat intro
During this 30min session you will get to know our facilities, approach and values. We will discuss your goals and motivation. Why? Because if you don’t know what you want, how can we help you reach it?

2. Start of the intake process
Based on your goals and current fitness level, we will suggest a suitable intake process. During one-on-one sessions, you will learn the essential movements and everything you need to know about our classes and facilities.

3. Join our group classes or continue with one-on-one training
After you’ve completed the intake session, you’re welcome to join the CrossFit group classes, or continue personal training with your coach.

EXPERIENCED ATHLETE?
HERE’S HOW YOU START

1. Book a no-sweat intro
During this 30min session you will get to know our facilities, approach and values. We will discuss your goals and motivation, and perform a movement assessment.

2. Join a trial class

join one of our classes to experience the awesome Red City vibe.

3. Optional intake session

Based on your movement assessment from the intro session, we determine whether an additional intake session is necessary or not.

4. Join our group classes or switch to one-on-one training
After you’ve completed the intake session or the trial class, you’re welcome to join the group classes, or switch to personal training with your coach.
