We take our members safety and initiation very seriously. Just like swimming instructors don’t throw people into water before they learn how to swim, we don’t throw people into a Workout without teaching the movements. This is why we always start memberships with the In-takes. Usually, two to three 30 minute sessions are enough to prepare you for the classes.
